Becoming a Tenant

Affordable Rentals thanks you for considering leasing one of our homes. Please consider the following recommendations to get your application processed and proved as quickly as possible.

1. Be sure to provide the names and telephone numbers (home and work preferred) of at least 2 years of rental history from people not related to you. Always be sure to include your move-in and move-out dates and exact apartment number or home address.
2. Your gross monthly income should be at least 3 to 4 times the rental amount. If you are self-employed, please provide your latest tax return, as well as 4 months worth of bank statements or other proof of income.
3. A money order, check or paypal transfer of $25.00 per applicant must also be included as a non-refundable application fee. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Affordable Rentals.
